THE SACRAMENTS.
You can find out lots of information about the Sacraments by visiting the website of the Catholic Church in England and Wales . Their page can be found at www.catholic-ew.org.uk and also please feel free to talk with Fr. Mike regarding the Sacraments. He will be able to offer advice about any issues that you may want clarified. His contact details can be found on the contact page.
Baptism
Parents who wish to have their children Baptised must ensure that they speak with the Priest to introduce themselves to him and date / time can be organised for the Baptism to take place.
First Holy Communion

Parents/ guardians of children who are eligible for First Holy Communion will need to speak to the Priest to ensure that all necessary requirements are fulfilled.
Sacrament of Confirmation
Children aged 13 years and older are eligible to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation but only if they wish to do so. If you are interested in receiving this Sacrament then please contact the Priest either by snail mail, email or telephone - all contact details can be found to the right of this page.
Sacrament of Marriage
For the couple planning their wedding then they are requested to speak with Fr. Mike at least 6 months before the wedding date. This will allow time for Fr. and the couple to get to know each other and to ensure all necessary requirements are met.
There is a suggested donation of £150 to the Priest and this is usually given just before the marriage date.
Sacrament of the Sick / Last Rites.
This sacrament may be administered at any time but particularly when a person is ill.
It can be given in hospital or at home.
This Sacrament is also the last that we receive and consists of prayers and anointing with Sacred Oil on the forehead and palms of the hand. This Sacrament is administered through a Priest.
Please contact the Priest or Eucharistic Minister to inform them of the wish to receive this Sacrament either for themselves or someone who may be seriously ill.
